• Environmental Friendly - The main raw material of SPC flooring is polyvinyl chloride, which is an eco-friendly, non-poisonous and renewable resource.
• The main constituent of SPC flooring is stone powder without any radioactive element.
• Thin and light -The total thickness of SPC flooring is from 4mm to 5mm, and the weight of per square meter is from 2kg to 7kg, which not account for 10% of normal flooring. This is a good character for re-decorating and re-constructing.

• Harder Surface: Like we know, ceramic flooring is extremely hard.

• Wooden flooring will be damaged in the event of any water seepage and hence stagnant pools of water should not be allowed.
• Wooden flooring is advised against for usage in Indian kitchen and bathroom.
• Wooden floor's finish is susceptible to scratching from heavy traffic, high heeled foot wears or pet nails.
